Adoptable Kittens and Cats

Keep in mind we have as many as 30 adoptable cats at one time, so please email us
if you do not see a FUREVER cat or kitten that you feel drawn to adopt here.

If you have a question about a specific cat or kitten please send us an email or an inbox message. We are extremely busy and cannot guarantee that we will see comments on the individual pictures. When you submit the application please include the name of the cat that you are interested in adopting. All of our available cats and kittens have a small adoption fee of $60.00, and this includes:  Combo testing for FIV and FeLV, Veterinarian exam, vaccinations, flea preventative, deworming, and spay or neuter.

KARMA: This is a photo taken by her foster while she was on her "freedom ride" to rescue.  Her foster overheard people talking about the need to "get rid or dispose" of their cat because she was pregnant and they did not want her or her kittens any longer. One of our fosters overheard the conversation and offered to take the kitty off of their hands and out of their life. Karma had four kittens while in rescue and was a very good mother. Karma is a very sweet girl who loves people, other animals and children. She has been spayed, combo tested and is up to date on her vaccines. Karma is waiting for one more ride...the ride to her forever family and her happily ever after.

We received a call from the shelter about this dark, handsome guy we are calling Duke. He came in to the shelter holding his left front leg up. Upon closer inspection, they saw that the bone is showing. They called us and our vet said to get him there now, so we are transporting him to be checked out. We will know soon if the bone itself is broken or if it's just a bad wound, and we will update as soon as we know something. Don't worry Duke, we will make sure you're taken care of from now on sweet boy. It turns out that it was a horrible abscess that required surgery. He is completely healed and healthy and ready for his forever home.

Tanner came to us from our local animal shelter. He had a large wound on his neck that required surgery and a short stay in the hospital. He recovered well and is ready for his forever home. He is a handsome boy who is approximately 5 years old. He still loves to play and will adjust well in a home with dogs or cats.

Do you have a kitty who's all alone? This kitty would love to be their best friend.  Timber is kind of a shy guy, but he loves other kitties. He makes friends and they help him to come out of his shell. He also does great alone, he loves to get lots of attention from his humans. He would be a great companion for anyone but he's a bit nervous in a noisy environment. Please consider this sweet boy for your family! Apply today!

Amber is a sweet and trusting girl that came to us from our friends at the Pocahontas County Shelter. We took her in and found that she needed to have one very painful eye removed. The other eye is damaged, but does not cause her any pain. She is only slightly visible in the one eye that remains, but that does not slow her down at all. She is a very sweet kitty who loves to snuggle and will get along just fine in a new environment. She will just need a little extra TLC.
